Perhaps one of the most difficult tests as the sum of several tastings days apart: it showed to be temperamental and iridescent, however, it remains an absolutely pleasant memory.
100% Grenache, on skins for 42 days in amphora, aging in the same container. Translucent ruby. On the nose the red and black fruit is attractive, balanced, enticing without overdoing it. In the mouth it returns deeper, articulated in the memory of blackberry, the retronasal at the end expands on almost mouth-watering notes between cherry and sea.
