Light golden yellow color, perlage of spectacular fineness, dense, continuous, with bubbles forming chains in succession. Enveloping aroma, incredibly whole, with hints of white fruit, slight grapefruit, flint, wild flowers and ginger, for a multifaceted olfactory profile of extraordinary complexity. Very agile flavor, with the acidity component well present and refreshing, bubbles grazing the tongue and palate with grace and composure, and body of excellent depth.
