100% Biancolella from the east coast of the island, vineyard overlooking the sea. Aging in steel. Bright straw yellow with greenish highlights. Intense aromas of yellow fruit, herbs, ginger and cedar. On the palate it is fresh, taut, vertical, with a saline lengthening and a long iodine finish.
