100% Ruzzese. Fermented and matured in tonneau. Golden yellow. Enveloping nose with elegant aromas reminiscent of sweet citrus fruits, but also an iodine component and hints of thyme, sage. The palate is concentrated and structured just right to balance an inherent and particularly pleasant savoriness.
