DESCRIPTION
One of the most important private wineries in the Colli Piacentini. For years, they have been trying to make eco-sustainability of production more central through viticultural techniques that are both ancient and contemporary at the same time, such as tilling the soil under the rows to avoid the use of herbicides or the use of “soft” winemaking for all the part more specifically related to cellar practices. The results are territorial and well-executed wines, which is no bad thing. Another very significant aspect is the establishment of a Peasant Museum, which of course can be visited.
