Dario Raccaro, after having been for years the president of the group of producers headed by Enoteca di Cormòns, now devotes himself full-time to his own winery, assisted by his sons Paolo and Luca. However, the experience and quality achieved over the years give Dario the last word, particularly in the winery. Meticulous and passionate, Dario is aiming to propose a Collio with only the historic indigenous grape varieties (Friulano, Ribolla and Malvasia).
