CesenaINbolla 2026 – Taste & Wine Festival dedicated to Ho.Re.Ca. operators with hundreds of wineries, tasting counters and business opportunities.
Also back in February 2026 is the appointment with CesenaINbolla – Taste & Wine Festival, the oenological event that for more than ten years has been bringing together sector operators, buyers and Ho.Re.Ca. professionals around great Italian wines, with an accentuated focus on sparkling wines but with a wide-ranging look at still wines as well.
The 11th edition will take place on Monday, Feb. 9 and Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2026, at Cesena Fiera, putting itself forward as one of the leading B2B fairs dedicated to wine business in Northern and Central Italy.
An established format for Ho.Re.Ca. operators.
CesenaINbolla is a Taste & Wine Festival entirely dedicated to Ho.Re.Ca. operators – restaurants, bars, hotels, wine shops and distributors – with restricted access upon mandatory registration. During the two-day fair, professionals can meet and taste the productions of hundreds of Italian wineries (and more), discover new labels to be included on menus and wine lists, and build business relationships with producers and importers.
The 2026 edition, hosted in the halls of Cesena Fiera, will have tasting booths open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on both days, with admission allowed only to people over 18 years of age.
What to expect at CesenaINbolla 2026
The heart of the event are the tasting tables, where each winery has a dedicated booth with B2B meeting area and tasting counter. The event is designed to encourage the Networking between Ho.Re.Ca. operators and producers , with a focus on facilitating contacts and business opportunities: in fact, at the end of the event each exhibitor receives a complete list of the operators registered for the two days.
In past years CesenaINbolla has featured more than 230 wineries and more than 1,500 labels for tasting, including Metodo Classico sparkling wines, Franciacorta, Trento DOC, champagne, Cava and Italian sparkling wines, as well as white and red wines representative of Italy’s main wine regions. Although the detailed program for 2026 has not yet been made public, the range of wines present in recent editions testifies to the richness and variety of the proposals on offer in the pavilions of Cesena.
