During the eleven days scheduled in the program(from Nov. 1 to
Nov. 11
), the participating wineries will offer all wine tourists, many experiences that will allow them to immerse themselves in the traditions, scents and flavors typical of the period of the end of the harvest.
Producers and enthusiasts alike will be able to celebrate new wine throughout the Boot on these days, toasting with young glasses from each region, with fresh and fruity notes, appreciating its harmony and smoothness of taste.
During Open Cellars in San Martino, wineries open their doors to visitors. Guided tastings from the vat to the barrel, experiential routes, autumn flavors, visits, meetings with producers and much more: this is what the wineries of the Wine Tourism Movement have prepared for this unmissable occasion and for all those who would like to embark on this journey, discovering wines that can tell the story of the territory and traditions of the entire peninsula.
The events are dedicated to all enthusiasts, both young and old: here they will be able to experience the magical atmosphere of autumn colors, made even more evocative by the special traditional settings and illuminations, specially recreated inside MTV member companies for this occasion.
Open Cellars on St. Martin’s Day is one of the best occasions of the year to:

- Taste freshly made new wines and compare them with those of previous vintages;
- share convivial moments, accompanied by local flavors such as olives, chestnuts, new oil;
