Grazie alla passione per il mondo del vino ereditata dal nonno, si laurea in enologia inizia subito a lavorare come enologo interno e analista di laboratorio. Successivamente si occupa di vari aspetti burocratici legati alla produzione del vino e alla gestione di vendite e di clienti, oltre alla parte promozionale, incluso l’enoturismo e l’hospitality. Nel frattempo ottiene la certificazione WSet3, Fis e Onav1. Negli ultimi anni insegna discipline enologiche e di sommellierie presso una scuola privata e collabora con una web radio, riviste, blog, aziende e privati per la redazione di contenuti.
