stelae monumental created by master Giorgio Celiberti, an internationally renowned sculptor from Friuli.

The opening was an intense and meaningful moment: producers Robert Princic and Matjaž Četrtič had the opportunity to present Sinefinis, a wine project without borders, born out of a shared passion for the territory and the desire to break down barriers. Sinefinis is a unique example of collaboration in Europe. This project, celebrating Ribolla Gialla – Romanian Rebula as the symbolic variety of Collio and Brda., has enabled the creation of cross-border bubbles from Italian and Slovenian grapes that tell a story of unity and sharing.

The farm Gradis’ciutta

Borgo Gradis'utta Robert Princic
Founded in 1997 by Robert Princic in the heart of the Collio region, the Gradis’ciutta winery now spreads over
50 hectares of vineyards located both on the Italian side of the Collio and in Slovenia. This dual territorial soul allows for the best expression of the richness and complexity of a unique wine-growing area, through the production of strong identity varieties such as Chardonnay, Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia, Friulano and Pinot Grigio. Collaboration between the two sides of the border has resulted in a shared vision and production that is a spokesman for a cross-border identity, where wines become symbols of connection between cultures, true bridges that unite rather than borders that separate.

Underlying it all is the sustainability represents one of the core values of the winery: Robert Princic has chosen to adopt a conscious, organic viticulture, based on respect for nature, people and the land, with the aim of creating wines that are authentic, elegant and deeply connected to their origin.
