100% Nebbiolo, from the top of the Pajé amphitheater. It matures about 9 years between wood and bottle. The color is bright red, intact, luminous. It presents varied olfactory notes, highly mobile in the glass after oxygenation: usual balsamic notes at first impact, then sweet licorice, light mentholation that makes it even more fascinating, macerated violet, currant jelly. The mouth a silken drape, with type grip making it mouthwatering and actively stimulating. Mileage persistence.
