100% Nebbiolo, from the top of the Pajé amphitheater. It matures about 9 years between wood and bottle. Still vivid red color, without subsidence. The aromas are heady, of important intensity, almost austere: berries, jellied raspberries, coffee beans. The balsamic note is always present in Crichet Pajé, with variations in intensity depending on the vintage. The palate is a synthesis of power and elegance, savory, with a carrot of delicious tannins. Like all other vintages, it impresses with persistence.
