Rainy winter and wet spring, then dry summer with rains in the second half of August.
80% Sangiovese, 20% between Cabernet Sauvignon and Colorino. Matures in tonneau 16 months.
Dense ruby red. Very classic and traditional nose, fruity blackberry and cassis, with balsamic and spicy notes, a hint of tea leaves. Mouth dense, full, rich, but still fresh, with dense, round tannins and fruity aftertaste.
