100% Picolit. It ferments and ages on the lees a few months in small French oak containers. Well maintained yellow color. Elegant and complex nose with floral notes of elderberry, hints of cinnamon, ginger, medlar and light apricot. Elegant, streamlined flavor texture, with an excellent relationship between sugars and sapidity that makes it progressive. vertical and intriguing while the finish, very persistent, is agile and invites drinking.
