100% Pinot Noir from two vineyards grown at high planting density, in Borgonato: Quindicipiò, on the hillside, and Brolo, overlooking Palazzo Lana Berlucchi. Part of the base wine ages 6 months in barrique. Classic method, 9 years on yeasts, extra brut dosage. Golden color with very slight pink nuances. Very fine and persistent perlage. Complex nose, very fresh, with anise, mint, lush oriental spices, coriander, turmeric. Notes of mango, pineapple, orange peel. The palate is lively, creamy, with a broad, fresh and deep sip. Honeyed nuance, very fine and elegant bubble. Tasty, almost crisp finish, unquestionable elegance.
