95% Glera, 5% other native white grapes. Charmat, extra brut. Straw-colored with fine perlage. White pulp fruit, pear and green apple on the nose. Then some more delicate and sweet notes toward the floral. The palate is creamy and elegant, with a distinctly salty finish. Good persistence, unobtrusive and delicate perlage on passage. A unique experience, one to try.
