100% Garganega. Steel and ceramic barrels for 8 months. Fermented on the skins for a couple of days. Antique gold color. Enveloping aromas of medlar, apricot and slight fresh almond. Taste warm and savory, composed, elegant and very persistent. Great wine of its kind.
