Wine enthusiasts generally view those who come from other industries and start producing wine with a degree of skepticism. Antonio Moretti, a textile industrialist based in Arezzo, is one of the happy exceptions to this rule. For several years now, he has been producing high-quality wine in the Valdarno di Sopra, in Bolgheri, and in Sicily, near Noto. The flagship estate, however, is Tenuta Sette Ponti, a magnificent estate nestled in the most beautiful countryside of the Arezzo region. And the wines are magnificent as well.
