100% Chardonnay. Classic method, 82 months on the lees, extra brut. Straw yellow, fast perlage. Nice balance on the nose. Floral with jasmine and wisteria notes, kumquat citrus. Pleasant presence on the palate, with a nice grip and return of the floral and citrus notes. Dry on the palate, closes with cleanliness and elegance.
