Pisoni since 1852

Apparently, as early as 1600 the Pisoni family supplied wines to the then Prince Archbishop Cardinal Cristoforo Madruzzo. Since then, the family’s business has always been divided between distilled spirits and wine production, but it is distillation that has taken over in recent centuries and especially in the twentieth century, with the postwar reconstructions. At the beginning of the new millennium, the young generation, Elio and Giuliano with cousins Andrea and Franco, took over the reins of the business and developed the wine sector, with a special eye on sparkling wine, overseen by Andrea Pisoni.
