100% Chardonnay. Classic method, 120 months on the lees, extra brut. Straw yellow, delicate perlage. Nose with notes of cucumber, oyster. With umami sensations reminiscent of liquor, candy. Taste of nice tension and savoriness. Finish on the palate reminiscent of caramel, surprising then in citrus persistence.
