100% Pignolo. Fermented in buried amphora and matured for five years in large barrels. Very intense and concentrated garnet ruby. Exceptionally complex olfactory profile, with notes of black cherry, black currant, mint, pine resin, slight flint. Warm, full-bodied but incredibly balanced, with dense and relaxed tannins, perfectly fused in a body of remarkable thickness and surprising integrity. Finish of extreme persistence. Great wine.
