Cavit’s wines
Lots of excellence produced. Fruit of study then and the best selections from the various areas of the region. L‘Altemasi for Trentodoc bubbles, the crus of the Maso line, the single vineyard wines of the Bottega Vinai that represent a fantastic overview of the best that the various areas of the region have to offer. Then there is the Trentino Premium, as a work of high craftsmanship, for which the winemaker chooses the best grapes from the best vineyards. In this selection we find, among others, a very good Pinot Noir Brusafer.
Quattro Vicariati
The Four Vicariates we can call it Cavit’s historic label. It is a Bordeaux-cut red. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot that come from the area of the Four Vicariates precisely, which was also a political subdivision, included between the municipalities of Ala, Avio, Brentonico and Mori, in Vallagarina. This area is the southernmost part of the region and is best suited for the production of great red wines.
This was followed by a vertical tasting from the 2001 vintage.
