“Insolito Marsala 2025” is an experience in and beyond wine. It combines education, innovation, culture, taste and technology in a fascinating setting. A unique opportunity for wine lovers, Ho.Re.Ca. professionals, innovation enthusiasts and those who love to discover an unprecedented and vibrant Sicily.

“Insolito Marsala” in fact is neither a festival nor a traditional fair, but an experimental and hybrid project that combines wine, Ho.Re.Ca. 3.0 (hotellerie-restaurant-cafeteria), innovative hospitality, art and technology in one big immersive tale.

What the event consists of

• Wine & Taste

The heart of the event is in the creative tastings: wines from Marsala dialogue with Italian products of excellence (Parmigiano Reggiano, Culatello di Zibello, Gorgonzola, Limone di Siracusa) in taste journeys that combine storytelling, territory and oenological identity

• Vocational training

The facility provides two parallel and free routes each morning:

Insolito Academy, in collaboration with Bargiornale, offers targeted workshops on communication, sustainability, management and new technologies for the Ho.Re.Ca. world.

GAIN Academy, made with Growth Advisors International Network, offers international-level courses in hospitality tech, artificial intelligence, immersive environments, digital twin, NFT and innovative strategies

The event transforms Marsala into a cultural laboratory: creative tastings, mixology in historic bars, immersive experiences, urban art installations and international networking moments make it a living, widespread and surprising festival

Useful Information

The events take place in Marsala (TP), an iconic city in western Sicily, with its welcoming sea and landscapes steeped in history. Iconic venues such as the Complesso Monumentale San Pietro and Palazzo Fici stand out in particular, but they involve the entire city: restaurants, bars, shop windows and urban spaces become the stage for a festival capable of breaking the mold and involving the public and operators
