Trentodoc Festival 2026 returns to Trento from September 25 to 27, 2026: three days dedicated to mountain sparkling wines and the region that produces them.

From September 25 to 27, 2026, the Trentodoc Festival returns to Trento for its fifth edition.
The Festival brings Trentodoc to Trento’s historic center and the region’s wineries, offering a program that combines tastings, talks, culture, cuisine, art, and music. The goal is to showcase the Trentino Metodo Classico not only through the wine itself, but also through the landscape, culture, and people who embody its identity.
The Festival is aimed at both wine and food enthusiasts and industry professionals, offering opportunities for tastings and in-depth exploration of Trentodoc and the region where it is produced.
The Program for the 5th Edition:
- Wine Talks, gatherings and conversations about the world of wine;
- Sparkling Stories, stories and in-depth features dedicated to sparkling wines;
- Trentodoc Tasting, tastings dedicated to the Trentino Metodo Classico;
- Cook Tales, events that blend wine, cuisine, and gastronomic culture;
- Trentodoc in Cantina, featuring tours, tastings, and experiences directly at local sparkling wine producers.
The program also features chefs, sommeliers, winemakers, producers, journalists, and leading figures from the worlds of culture and entertainment.
The events take place in the historic center of Trento and at numerous wineries throughout the region.

Trentodoc Festival Preview
The Festival will also featurea preview event on September 20, 2026, in the Brenta Dolomites.
The event, scheduled to take place at the Doss Alpine Style in Pinzolo, will feature “Trentodoc elevation, high-altitude bubbles” at 11:00 a.m., an experience dedicated to the relationship between Trentodoc, the region, the climate, and the identity of the wines. This will be followed by a lunch with chefs Lorenzo Tiberio, Fabio Viviani, and Matteo Vergine. The experience requires a reservation and is subject to a fee of 40 euros for the 11:00 a.m. session.
Trentodoc at the Winery
An important part of the Festival is the special open house events at the wineries, featuring tours, guided tastings, and other experiences organized by participating sparkling wine producers.
For 2026, the official program lists, among others, events at Rotari, Cantina Sociale di Trento, Madonna delle Vittorie, Altemasi, Bellaveder, and Borgo dei Posseri.
