100% Lambrusco Salamino. Classic method with recent disgorgement. Intense, almost unnatural red of beautiful density and color tension, with only a few garnet highlights denoting the decidedly ripe age for a Lambrusco. The aromas are intense and strongly variegated of jellied berries, spicy notes of juniper and cinnamon, against a delicate background of balsamic notes, leather and sweet tobacco. The mouth distended by softness and acid tension, has surprising progression with oxygenation and impressive persistence.
