Paradiso di Cacuci winery
Located on the northern side of the appellation, in the high Canalicchi area, it has a long history with a presence in Montalcino since the consortium’s inception in the late 1960s. The recent change in ownership has brought new blood, which can be seen in the wines that are much more carefully defined thanks to Francesco Ditta, company manager who is working with outside help from Giuseppe Gorelli. The style is classic in both the fermentations and maturation of the wines with a focus on bottle aging.
