On Monday, January 19, 2026, one of the most lively and popular events of the beginning of the year for lovers of Italian white wines returns to Genoa. “Tutti i Colori del Bianco – Winter Edition,” promoted by Go Wine is designed to celebrate the amazing variety and quality of white wines from all over Italy. The event takes place at the Starhotels President in Genoa, with tastings organized among tasting tables and a selected wine shop, and offers a unique opportunity for producers, operators and enthusiasts to meet face-to-face.

The philosophy of “All the Colors of White” is to enhance the biodiversity of Italian white wine. The event highlights different native grape varieties, winemaking styles and production territories, from the Alps to Sicily, passing through hills and coasts. The event is part of the Go Wine circuit’s multi-year project dedicated to white wines, authentic expressions of Italian wine-making creativity and identity.

The event formula includes a free tasting at the tasting tables, where participants can taste the labels offered by the producers present, compare organoleptic profiles and discover new interpretations of Italian white wine. The list of wineries involved is extensive and representative. Realities from different regions are present – from Gavi to Friuli, from Soave to Amalfi, from Collio to Sardinia. Tutti i Colori del Bianco thus offers a rich and articulate picture of regional typicalities and production choices.

The tasting also includes awine shop with selected bottles available for purchase. This allows participants to take home the wines that most impressed them during the event.

Attendance is by reservation with a tasting fee that varies depending on the shift chosen and status (public, Go Wine member, trade association member).

• 16:30 – 18:00 – Exclusive preview reserved for industry professionals (specialized journalists, sommeliers, wine merchants, restaurateurs and buyers) precedes the opening to the public and encourages moments of professional discussion.
• 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. – First round of tasting for the enthusiast audience.
• 20:00 – 22:00 – Second round of tasting always open to the public.
