Rimini – Dire, Mare, MAngiare 2026

“Dire, Mare, Mangiare 2026” returns to Rimini from August 14 to 16, 2026: the summer event organized by the Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori dei Colli di Rimini celebrates the region’s food and wine heritage through a format that combines taste, culture, sustainability, and entertainment.

The event takes place in the picturesque setting of Piazzale Kennedy, in Marina Centro, and along Parco del Mare, one of the landmarks of the redevelopment of Rimini’s waterfront.

Designed as an event open to both residents and tourists, the festival showcases the Riviera’s new culinary spirit, highlighting local specialties, fine wines, fresh seafood from the Adriatic, and locally sourced products. The central theme is the promotion of a sustainable lifestyle, where quality, the local area, and a sense of community take center stage.

Program

Every evening, from 7:00 p.m. to midnight, visitors can stroll through the areas dedicated to tastings and events, taking part in a rich program of activities. Among the most anticipated events is the Passeggiata DOC, a tasting tour dedicated to the wines of the Colli di Rimini, featuring over thirty wineries from the Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori. Visitors can discover and taste the region’s leading wines, from Rebola to Sangiovese, paired with culinary offerings prepared with local ingredients.

The event also features a food court dedicated to local specialties and fresh seafood from the Adriatic Sea, live music, performances, and entertainment for all ages, creating a casual and convivial atmosphere. On the Belvedere’s panoramic terrace, there will be educational sessions on topics such as nutrition, wellness, food culture, and sustainability, featuring guests from the worlds of cuisine, media, and culture. The evenings conclude with musical performances and DJ sets that liven up the waterfront.
