Jackie O’ Wine Club – Christmas Edition: Franciacorta stars in a special evening at one of Rome’s most exclusive wine clubs

Ready for a new date at the Jackie O’ Wine Club?

The stars of the December evening will be Ca’ del Bosco, Bellavista, Berlucchi and Marchesi Antinori.

As usual, Chiara Giannotti of Vino.Tv will present the evening , supported as usual by the venue’s sommelier Manuel Pompili. Together they will take you on a discovery of Franciacorta through the tasting of four great wines paired with an extraordinary menu created for the occasion by Chef Federico Sparaco of Jackie O’.

Tasting menu:

• Cuvèe Prestige Edition Ca’ del Bosco accompanied by soft blinis with wild salmon, crème fraiche and dill
• Pas Opéré Bellavista with warm shrimp catalana
• Palzzo Lana Extrème Riserva Berlucchi paired with pasta mixed with French-style fish Bouillabaisse
• Count Aymo Marchesi Antinori count with crispy roasted octopus, crema parmentier and taggiasche olives
