Cantina del Barone

A small winery owned by winemaker Luigi Sarno, which he inherited from his father in 2008. The passing of the torch was marked by the replanting of half a hectare of Fiano—parcel 928—followed by an additional 2 hectares in the Nocelleto district. The winery produces only Fiano, a significant portion of which comes from ungrafted vines that benefit from the wide temperature fluctuations and the trace elements found in the volcanic soil.
