Pierpaolo Pecorari

DESCRIPTION
This winery has deep and long-standing agricultural roots. In 1970, Pierpaolo decided to convert part of the land from arable and grain fields to vineyards. From the very beginning, he adopted a rigorous approach, and thanks to the valuable minerals carried by runoff from the nearby hills—which enriched the clay-and-pebble soil—he achieved excellent results. Alongside Pierpaolo, his wife Alba oversees the hospitality. For the past few years, their son Alessandro has been in charge of marketing, while in the cellar, Clizia Zambiasi—an oenologist and Alessandro’s wife—contributes to the quality of the wines.
