Partesa 2025 Wine Club

Wine Club Partesa 2025

Learning from the past to rewrite the future. This was the atmosphere at the big event held for Partesa for Wine Club 2025.

Partesa 2025 Wine ClubThe choice of venue was not accidental: the event was held in the charming former Convent of the Neveri in Bariano (BG), where the walls exude history and culture. In 2024 the complex underwent a new transformation, becoming the museum dedicated to Luigi Veronelli, the father of Italian wine criticism.
The original archives, precious documents and an extraordinary collection of more than 10,000 bottles, including rare editions and labels dedicated to the Maestro, have been relocated here. Each corner tells a chapter of the great history of Italian oenology.

The return of the legendary Trigabolo: a dinner that makes history

To bring back to life a fundamental page of Italian cuisine was the dinner-event organized by Partesa, which for one evening recreated the atmosphere of the legendary Trigabolo, a visionary restaurant that revolutionized national gastronomy in the 1980s.
After forty years, three of its leading figures, then dubbed “the Trigabolo rock band,” have reunited: Igles Corelli, Italo Bassi and Mauro Gualandi. Together they signed an extraordinary menu paired with iconic and rare wines, celebrating wine as a living culture.

Iconic dishes and signature pairings

Opening the dances was Italo Bassi with the appetizer “Yin Yang: a salad of red shrimp, quinoa, ginger, avocado, mango, Cervia salt and caviar.” accompanied by Drappier Grande Sendrée rosé champagne 2010. Also still his, the “Risotto with black cabbage, goat cheese, smoked herring milk and burnt onion powder” which was paired instead with Grüner Veltliner Smaragd Ried Achleiten 2021 from the Austrian Wachau domaine.

Igles Corelli then reintroduced “Roe is made into tuna with spiced apples and leek flan.” An iconic dish to which a brilliant Vosne Romanée 2020 by Henri de Villamont did justice.

In closing, dessert by Mauro Gualandi: “Fried and caramelized cream puffs with tangerine cream.” At its side a Château de Fargues Sauternes Lur Saluces 2016.

All iconic offerings from the Argenta restaurant that caused a stir in the 1980s for its high level of experimentation, and which are still shockingly relevant today. Creative, centered, and rooted in the territory. Even today they hint more at a futuristic kitchen than a bygone one.

Exclusive tastings: only 100 selected professionals

During the day, the following were held counter tastings with producers from Partesa for Wine’s national portfolio, reserved for only 100 carefully selected sommeliers, restaurateurs and journalists.
A choice that has enabled a deeper dialogue between producers and operators, fostering reflections on the future of wine, between quality, education and new consumption styles.

Similar opportunities to exchange views with foreign producers, who presented their wines in the historic cells of the monastery. Quiet and cozy environments ideal for “one-to-one” tastings of legendary labels of world winemaking.: from Champagne to Burgundy, from Austria to Napa Valley.

Masterclass on old vintages: the potential of Italian wines

Among the most interesting moments are the In-depth masterclasses dedicated to old vintages, which highlighted the great evolutionary potential of our peninsula’s wines, both red and white. An incredible space-time journey led by the world’s best sommelier 2018, Eros Teboni and Partesa’s National Category Manager Wine Alessandro Rossi.

A special mention goes to the Monte Fiorentine Soave Classico 2007 from Ca’ Rugate. Which left those present speechless for its incredible freshness and absence of signs of oxidation. A white that shows how time can enhance the identity of the terroir.

Partesa for Wine: an event that looks to the future

The event Partesa for Wine did not just celebrate excellence. It built a bridge between the past and the future, enhancing wine’s ability to generate relationships, emotions and shared culture.
The Partesa Wine Club confirms itself as a hub of ideas and connections, a place for dialogue and growth where quality translates into a: A more sustainable, conscious and authentic future of wine.
