The 2025 edition will be held on Sunday, November 9 and Sunday, November 16, from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. in Serrapetrona (MC), a medieval town famous for the production of Vernaccia di Serrapetrona DOCG. The event is promoted by theIstituto Marchigiano di Tutela Vini (IMT) in collaboration with the Municipality of Serrapetrona. It will be a unique opportunity to discover the processes of grape drying, the history of the local wine, and authentic experiences in the winery.

During the two Sundays in November, wineries in the area will open their doors for visitors to experience a true immersion in the world of appassimento. Visitors will be able to admire the bunches of grapes hanging to age, walk among the barrels, learn about the producer’s work and taste labels of Vernaccia di Serrapetrona DOCG (still or sparkling) and Serrapetrona DOC. In addition to free tastings, there will be guided tours of the wineries, sensory workshops and storytelling moments about the area.
