Le Guide de L’Espresso 2026: the volumes dedicated to 1000 Restaurants of Italy and 1000 Wines of Italy at Milan’s Arcimboldi Theater

On October 23, 2025, Milan will host the evening presentation of the new L’Espresso 2026 Guides-the volumes dedicated to 1000 Restaurants of Italy and 1000 Wines of Italy. The event will take place at the Arcimboldi Theater, which for the second year in a row is hosting this major event of the food and wine world.

During the evening, awards will be presented to the protagonists of the guides: chefs, restaurants and wine producers who have been able to distinguish themselves on the Italian scene. On the stage will parade already famous names and young emerging talents, interpreters of the gastronomic and viticultural evolutions that shape contemporary taste.

Official catering for the event will be coordinated by Da Vittorio, a historic Cerea family sign. Da Vittorio’s signature will ensure a gastronomic moment that reflects the level and elegance of the event itself.

What to expect in the evening

During the Milan event, the restaurants awarded three forks (or among the top 1,000) and the wineries included in the 1000 Wines of Italy 2026, with special mentions, prizes and awards accompanying each guide, will then be unveiled and made official
