Teresa Bruno reappointed as head of the Consorzio di Tutela Vini Irpinia. A cohesive team ready to lead the Consortium to new challenges.

A few days after the holding of the Members’ Meeting, Teresa Bruno was
reappointed as head of the Consorzio di Tutela dei Vini d’Irpinia. The appointment after the first board meeting that also confirmed Ilaria Petitto and Arturo Erbaggio as vice presidents. A strong spirit of collaboration was immediately felt among old and new board members, with a team that showed unity, enthusiasm and determination to continue the Consortium’s path of growth.

Teresa Bruno’s comment

The internal discussion is already lively, authentic, and demonstrates a shared vision on the direction to be taken: consolidating the role of the Consortium and opening ourselves more and more to the world with authoritative, modern and consistent communication.”

The three-year program

In the three-year period 2025/2027, the Consortium will be called upon to strengthen the activities envisaged by Law 238/2016, intensifying its commitment to the protection of the appellations – Greco di Tufo, Fiano di Avellino, Taurasi and Irpinia DOC – and developing strategic projects for the promotion, marketing and enhancement of Irpinia wines in Italy and abroad. Great attention will also be paid to strengthening territorial identity and supply chain cohesion, nurturing a constant dialogue with producers, institutions and stakeholders in the sector.

The Consortium for the Protection of Irpinia Wines is thus entering a new phase, under the banner of continuity and the renewed energy of a council that is the spokesperson for a territory rich in history, culture and winemaking quality.
