In the heart of the Mura Mura estate, Radici is the gastronomic centerpiece of Le Marne Relais. Chef Mykyta Bida’s cuisine interprets Piedmont with contemporary precision, transforming the restaurant into the true destination of the project.
The restaurant as the center of the experience

Radici Restaurant in the Vineyard is now the true hub of the Marne Relais, more than just a gastronomic complement to a facility that integrates hospitality, wellness and landscape. Set in the Mura Mura estate, between Costigliole d’Asti and the border between Langhe and Monferrato, it represents the point at which the tale of the territory becomes concrete.
The relais, the brainchild of Guido Martinetti, maintains a strong identity between design, art and agricultural dimensions. However, it is the restaurant that adds depth to the experience, transforming the stay into a cohesive journey where the kitchen interprets the territory.
A room surrounded by vineyards

Roots is nestled in the rows of the property and reflects its rhythm. The hall, con brick vault from 1878, maintains a cozy atmosphere, while the terrace opens directly to the vineyards. Setting is measured, without redundant elements, geared toward encouraging slow and deliberate enjoyment.
The cuisine of Mykyta Bida
Work of chef Mykyta Bida defines the identity of the restaurant. Born in 1994, trained between Ukraine and Italy, he has built his path in top kitchens, from Cannavacciuolo to Crippa. At Radici he applies solid technique without ostentation.
His cuisine starts with local raw material and reinterprets it with a contemporary approach. The dishes are simple, with clean, distinct flavors, built around balance and precision. There is no search for effect, but a constant focus on consistency.
Tradition and contemporary vision
The recent Easter menu, now archived, was an example of this approach: a path linked to tradition, but interpreted with current rigor. More than the event, the direction is of interest: a cuisine that works on the concept of ritual without nostalgia, while maintaining a contemporary language.
A coherent system between kitchen and vineyard

The wines of the estate Mura Mura They complete the experience naturally, without forcing. The dialogue between cuisine, vineyard and hospitality builds a coherent system in which each element contributes to the overall narrative.
With the arrival of Bida in 2025, Roots consolidates its identity and broadens its perspective. Stays anchored in Piedmont, but introduces a broader sensibility. The result is a restaurant that is no longer just part of the relais, but becomes its main reason for visiting.
