100% Prié Blanc. Classic method, at least 36 months on the lees. All sparkling takes place at 2173 meters altitude on Mont Blanc. Pale straw-colored, very fine, continuous bubble. Intriguing nose with notes of alpine forest, mountain herbs, lavender and acacia flowers, pear and light bread crust. Savory, vertical texture of excellent finesse and elegance with creamy, well-balanced bubble and savory finish.
