
Cantina Dessena

DESCRIPTION
Adriano Dessena shortly after the age of 30 decided to change his life by moving from the family restaurant business to viticulture. Two hectares of 12-year-old but expanding vineyards, 10 thousand bottles of production and a land of rare beauty in Benetutti, Goceano, specifically in the area known as Sa’e Dona Rosulia. The vineyards are located at an altitude of about 400 and the soil composition is sandy with small amounts of clays and quartz. The vines grown are primarily arvisionadu, a rare native white grape variety, and cannonau. The farm is in organic conversion and practices spontaneous fermentations.
