100% Glera. Charmat method for 6 months, then 18 months in bottle. Brilliant straw yellow, dense and continuous perlage. Complex, very fragrant, extremely sharp on the nose. Floral aromas, of wisteria, hawthorn, then bread crust, yellow plum and rennet apple, in an alternation of very well-defined olfactory notes. Nimble, snappy palate, with the carbon dioxide component creamy and almost sensuous on the palate. A real standout.
