50% Cabernet Sauvignon 50% Marzemino. Drying of grapes in fruit lofts for one and a half months. Six months in second-passage barrique and six months in bottle. Sugar 100 gr/lt.
Dark purple red. Very intense nose all played on notes of black cherry and cherries under spirits on a spicy, cinnamon and clove background. Mouth very well balanced with soft tannins and a long fruity finish.
2,500 bottles produced.
