Beautiful wine stories: Cantina Vignaioli Morellino di Scansano launches a limited edition of its flagship wine Roggiano to support SKEEP, an association that promotes sports and inclusion in Grosseto.
A special edition for a special project
La Cantina Vignaioli Morellino di Scansano Winery is launching a special edition of its most representative wine, the Roggiano Morellino di Scansano Docg, with a label dedicated to SKEEP, an association founded in Grosseto to help children and adults with disabilities integrate into society through sports.
The association, which is constantly growing, needs a new headquarters to provide more functional and welcoming spaces. The wine world responds with a concrete gesture of solidarity.

They will be 3,000 bottles in limited edition, recognizable by a label designed by the folks at SKEEP: a bunch of grapes surrounded by handprints, a symbol of collaboration, inclusion and teamwork.
The total proceeds from the sale (net of bottle, cap and label printing costs only), available from mid-October 2025, will go to fund the renovation of the new SKEEP headquarters., which will become a hub for inclusive sports and recreational activities.
Riccardo Bagaini, testimonial of the initiative

Riccardo Bagaini, an Italian Paralympic athlete specializing in sprinting and seventh in the 400 meters at the Paralympic World Championships in New Delhi, is the testimonial of the project.
“Eleven years ago in Grosseto, during the Italian Paralympic Championships, it all began. On that track I found my inner strength. That is why I am happy to be able to support SKEEP and Cantina Vignaioli Morellino di Scansano, promoting sports and inclusion in the very city where it all began,” says the athlete.
Born in 2000 in Sorengo (Switzerland), with his left limb truncated on his forearm, Bagaini is the first Italian amputee athlete to have run the 400 meters under 50″.
In 2024 he realized his dream of participating in the Paralympics in Paris.. Since 2013, he has collected 36 overall Italian Paralympic champion titles, three European silvers and numerous world medals. In 2025 he won the seventh place in the 400 meters at the World Championships in New Delhi., confirming himself as one of Italy’s symbols of inclusive sports.

SKEEP’s words.
“We are deeply honored that this edition of Roggiano is dedicated to SKEEP – comments Cristiana Artuso, President of the Association -. The dream of our headquarters is finally taking shape. Feeling so much affection and support gives us the strength to keep going. We thank Cantina Vignaioli Morellino di Scansano Winery on behalf of all our guys and volunteers.”

The wine: Roggiano Morellino di Scansano
The Roggiano presents itself with an intense ruby color, enlivened by purple highlights. The bouquet is broad and complex, with fruity, floral and spicy notes mingling with hints of underbrush. The palate is balanced and persistent: elegant, subtle tannins balance a pleasant freshness and soft fruit roundness.
Perfect with pasta dishes and meats that we find daily on our tables.
The SKEEP Association
Founded in 2013 as an Amateur Sports Association, today SKEEP is a Social Promotion Association registered with the Third Sector. The name is derived from the English verb keep (“sustain”), preceded by an “S” that recalls the smile.
From the first ten registrants, today SKEEP has more than 70 participants and offers 11 free activities between gymnasium and sports field. In addition to classes for children with disabilities, it has also started programs for children ages 6 to 13, with the goal of building inclusive and open communities.
Conclusion

With the project “Roggiano for SKEEP”, the Morellino di Scansano Winemakers Winery demonstrates that wine can be an instrument of solidarity, culture and participation.
A chalice that tells a territory and, at the same time, a story of inclusion, strength and rebirth.
