Dorigati

Founded in 1858 by Luigi Dorigati. Today, the fifth generation, represented by Paolo and Michele, cousins and winemakers, and joined by Uncle Franco, runs the winery: making still wines and a single metodo classico. Methius Riserva was born in 1986 from the idea of two winemakers, Carlo Dorigati (Paolo’s dad) and Enrico Paternoster. It is the winery’s flagship product and is one of the most representative Trentodocs but was not featured in the guide this year. The winery, renovated in 1998 and on three levels, is located right in the center in the town of Mezzocorona.
